The skittles evening at the Old Bowling Green, Southampton was a very enjoyable evening. A very nice venue with friendly members making us feel welcome. We are hoping to arrange a bowls match with some of the members of the club who will then come to Burridge to play us at petanque!

The best male player was Callum Lombard who was alway going to be difficult catch after scoring 13 in the first round!
The best female player was Sue Sandy. Laura Stubbs won the bag of Skittles for the lowest ladies score. However her score of 8 was well ahead of Danny Corp who amazingly managed to score 1, 0 and 1 in his three goes to take the prize for the lowest scoring male!
A complete reversal of fortune then saw Danny hit a single pin several times to win the game of killer!
The best team of the evening was Mike & Lyn Porter, Dave Stubbs & Ron
